Since 1999, Steven has spent over 20,000 hours facilitating one-on-one and group sessions in over 40 countries around the world. He has provided strategic and executive coaching and consulting at all levels from the C-Suite to individual contributors. His clients have been in all sectors included Microsoft, HP, Pepsi, Kimberly-Clark, Dell, Cisco, Visa, Deloitte, United Airlines, P&G, JP Morgan, SAP, Marriott, Fidelity, Accenture, and Boeing.


He knows that when people are stressed, overwhelmed, unproductive, and disengaged, the result is a workforce that’s constricted and out-of-balance; the impact is felt at all levels, including the bottom line. He has refined the ability to inspire and shift beliefs and behaviors to make his facilitating and coaching work. It focuses on easily applicable best practices to thrive; producing creative, energized, and productive people. This creates better working and home environments and extraordinary results for individuals, teams, and organizations.


Steven was born in London, England, and educated there and in Australia. When he was 19, he answered the call to adventure and began a great odyssey, to discover his purpose and direction for his life. Steven resides in Colorado, SE Asia, and Tasmania. He enjoys travel and digital photography and is currently working on a novel called ‘Star Revelations’
